We offer private lessons for contortion and contortion handstands.
Whether it’s splits, bridges, klischnik or other contortion figures – we know the way to do it.
We take into consideration the physical conditions of the students and try to teach as back-friendly as possible despite the stretches.
Lessons can be booked individually or in groups – the costs remain the same.
(max. 5 people for one training instructors / max. 10 people for two training istructors)
Cost: 1h Fr. 100.- one instructor / Fr. 150.- two instructors
